I may have spent several years in Colorado, cementing my commitment to being a Denver Broncos fan for life, but I'm a proud Texan at heart! I love being from Texas and living down in San Antonio! My heart and passion is in the power of the arts, specifically Theatre, to share stories and transform lives. Mission Statement
From Leslie Knope I borrow the quote, “Work hard at work worth doing.” I know she borrowed that quote from Theodore Roosevelt, but as an avid Parks and Recreation fan, I always hear it in her voice. I am all about the work of the theatre. The process. For it is within the theatrical creative process that its players find healing, truth, and transformation. I want to spend my time working to breathe life into empty performance spaces. Coaching and teaching others to find new hands. New feet. New gestures. Words. Worlds. Discovering how it feels to walk where someone else walked and see what they saw. Always hoping to take these discoveries and share them with the community. Inviting them into this world that can so effectively reveal paths toward understanding, healing, laughter, and transformation.
